- Provide support and management of CFO’s tasks, including document approvals, document tracking systems, and CFO project items to departement heads
- Manage, file, and record document approvals
- Operate document tracking systems
- Assist CFO and departement heads under CFO with operational claims
- Support, monitor, and follow up on all CFO projects related to finance, company performance, and company operations by departement heads
- Follow up on any pending items related to the CFO
- Arrange meetings as needed
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Secretary or Management
- Have minimum 2 years of experience as Secretary
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong understanding of business flow processes and procedures
- Knowledge of filing management system
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiar with financial knowledge
- Willing to be placed in Ciracas, Jakarta Timur
